Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
WorthAnd respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our first experience is currently in testing, and this policy covers our website and first-access email signup—not any future experiences or services that may have different privacy practices.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for first access, we collect your email address. We also receive information you choose to send us if you contact hello@worthand.com. You do not need to provide a name, phone number, or other profile information to join the first-access list.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events. Kit may record signup details such as the form used, submission time, referral source, and campaign parameters included in links you follow (such as UTM tags), along with related technical information. Our form also uses invisible reCAPTCHA to help detect automated submissions; this may involve collection of device, browser, interaction, and network information by Google.
How we use information
- To record your first-access request and email you when WorthAnd experiences are ready, along with related WorthAnd updates consistent with the signup notice.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and signup process.
- To comply with applicable law and protect against misuse.
We do not sell your email address or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use the first-access form to create a detailed personal profile.
Services that process information
We use Kit to manage email signups, subscriber records, and email communications; Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security; and Google reCAPTCHA to help protect the signup form from abuse. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. You can review their policies at Kit, Cloudflare, and Google. Google reCAPTCHA is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Cookies and similar technology
Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for form functionality, security, spam prevention, and remembering relevant browser state. We have not intentionally installed third-party advertising pixels on this pre-launch site. If we add optional analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this policy and provide any required choices or notices.
Email preferences
By submitting the first-access form, you request WorthAnd emails as described beside the signup field. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You can also email hello@worthand.com to request that we stop emailing you or remove your information, subject to any records we must retain.
How long we keep information
We keep subscriber information while it is needed to manage your subscription and related communications, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may retain limited suppression or compliance records to honor unsubscribe requests, and hosting or security records for operational, security, or legal purposes. We review retention needs as our services develop.
Security and transfers
We use established service providers and reasonable measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Information may be processed in the United States or other places where our service providers operate.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting hello@worthand.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children's privacy
This first-access website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as WorthAnd evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
